Championship in Race Control
Organize multiple Events within a Championship or race series.
Planning a Championship
- Create a Championship/race series and set the number of Events.
- Set the track and participant field for each Event.
- Choose a pre-configured points system (e.g. F1-style) or configure your own in Configuration.
- Configure and run each Event through the standard Event planner (see "Event Planning").
- Review the overall standings table.
Basics from Quick Race and Event
This article assumes the basics from "First Quick Race" and "Event Planning" and only covers what's additional to both.
What a Championship adds
A Championship (race series) organizes multiple Events within an overarching structure. At the start you set the number of Events, the track for each Event, and the participant field for each Event.

Each Event runs through the standard Event planner
Once an Event within the Championship starts, it's configured individually through the normal Event planner — with the same modules (Practice, Qualifying, Sprint) as a standalone Event.

Points system and overall standings
A pre-configured points system (e.g. F1-style) is available for the Championship standings, or you can set your own points system in Configuration. Race Control shows an overall standings table based on this.
Documentation gap
The final Championship tie-breaker rules on equal points aren't decided yet (distinct from the already-confirmed Event-level tie-break concepts, see "Event Planning"). Whether a separate overall award ceremony exists after the last individual race's ceremony is an intended goal, not yet confirmed as implemented. It's also still open exactly how an Event's final classification (see "Event Planning") feeds into the Championship standings.
Championship as a further workflow layer
A Championship builds on Event and Quick Race: it adds a fixed number of Events, each with its own track and participant field, plus an overarching points-based standing — without changing the underlying race or Event flow.
Technical boundary
Exactly how an Event's final classification feeds into Championship/Series scoring — in particular whether it replaces the individual race results there — isn't decided yet. Don't present this link as confirmed behavior.
Points systems are pre-configured or custom
Race Control offers pre-configured points systems (e.g. modeled on F1); alternatively you can define your own points system in Configuration, which feeds the same overall standings table.
